I just started but everyone in the office, I thought was caring, And the flexibility is not true, within your 90 days, you cannot make a change on your availability, and you must give a 2 week notice to even think about missing. But again, they will say , we work with you (lie). I was terminated because I declined an assignment. The client can change days / hours, but you can't. And there is a person there that's exhausting. "You understand" Just get a good understanding.

These people in Louisville Kentucky are dishonest crooks. They sent someone to clean my apartment with no cleaning utensils or supplies. I did have some supplies, but no utensils. So, I told the young lady that if she did not have any utensils, she was not going to be able to clean my apartment. This company still changed my bank account for a service that was not received. I have had to be in touch with my bank several times about this several times. I did sign something to help get them paid when I originally hired them to clean my apartment. However, they have not cleaned it since, and they keep charging my bank account. This is causing me a lot of grief and money for services not received. Beware, these people are dishonest.
