Tow Jet Towing has been operating out of Surrey, BC for five years. We built this company around a simple observation: most roadside calls in Metro Vancouver were being handled by dispatchers who didn’t know where their drivers were and operators who weren’t trained to the standard the job requires. We started with a clear set of non-negotiables: WreckMaster certification for every operator, GPS tracking on every truck, flatbed transport for all passenger vehicles, and a dispatcher who picks up every call — at 2 PM and at 2 AM.
