Extremely disappointing experience. I trusted this company for my solar installation, but they have been completely unprofessional. They took my inverter away for “repair/replacement” and promised to return it within a few days, but it has been and there is no response at all.
I have tried calling, emailing, and messaging multiple times, and they keep ignoring my calls or giving false promises. Meanwhile, my solar system is not working, and I am losing electricity savings every day because of their negligence.
This level of customer service is unacceptable. I highly regret choosing this company and do not recommend them to anyone. Be careful before trusting them—they take your equipment and then disappear.
Worst service. Worst communication. Zero responsibility.

Fantastic experience from start to finish! The sales team was very transparent, provided multiple options, and helped us choose the right solar system. The technicians were punctual, skilled, and did a clean job without disturbing our daily routine. It has been 4 months and our solar panels are running smoothly. Our bills have reduced significantly and we’re also contributing to a greener Hyderabad
