After 24 years, I needed to finally replace the roof on my house and matching shed. Insert JOSE ELERA, contractor & insurance specialist for ROOF USA. Jose had done work on several roofs in my development, so I had a conversation with him regarding my roof. Jose came the next day and conducted a FREE roofing inspection (he went up on my roof and provided me with pictures of missing shingles and a gutter that had pulled away from my house). After seeing the damage for myself (none of which I was able to see from ground level), I knew I had to get the work done. Jose and his team of skilled professionals arrived at my house on Dec. 15, 2023, worked all day, and completed my entire roof and shed on that same day. On the following day, they returned and made sure that everything was cleaned up (all items put back into place, including furniture on my deck), and no nails or debris were lying around my property. This business is top-notch, and their quality of work and professionalism is impeccable. Jose is an incredible communicator (both in English and Spanish) and he works well with most major insurance companies. I was surprised to see the reputation he had with my particular insurance company. ***IMPORTANT: My insurance rate did not increase by submitting a claim and my insurance company paid to replace my entire roof and shed's roof. Jose and ROOF USA have proven to be incredible advocates for me and countless others in my community, serving as a liaison between myself and the insurance company. He represented my interest throughout the entirety of the process, making sure all damage was accurately assessed and documented for my claim to be fully approved. It has been a pleasure doing business with Jose at ROOF USA. I must admit I was skeptical at our first meeting because I had been approached by several roofing companies who solicited my business my offering many empty promises. BUT, Jose was very professional, knowledgeable, open and appeared trustworthy. He has delivered on his promise of getting me a new roof paid by my insurance company minus my deductible. He provided references of others in my neighborhood who had used his services and I was able to speak to several of them who also highly recommended him. I too highly recommend Jose and his roofing team. They were timely, organized, and provided quality workmanship with which I am extremely satisfied. They showed great respect for my property and did an excellent job with cleanup after completing the job in only one day as promised. The team of Roof USA has done a great job on our home. Jose presented himself very professionally, courteously & knowledgeable. He met with us, inspected our roof very thoroughly and sat with us as we spoke to our insurance company. When the time came he presented his findings and shared his recommendations to the insurance adjuster. He let us know what to expect from his service; showing us samples or prior work, as well as, the quality of materials that his company utilizes. His team showed up on time and got right to work.  Everyone of his team came, "ready, willing and able" to complete this job. Each person knowing their jobs and responsibilities.  Performing their tasks in sequence and, as far as I could tell, working non-stop throughout their time here.
