I've been saving this spot up my sleeve for the right time. Wife doesn't love pizza, I've been seeing good reviews. I rounded up grandma, nephew, and my kids to check it out.
The bruschette was awesome, fresh but melded, not soggy. Balsamic, cheese, diced tomato, airy focaccia with butter. Atypical for my norm, but I liked it!
I knew we were in for a treat when I saw my daughter's kids pizza. The crust reminds me of pizza my restaurant used to serve. Sicilian style, cracker like bake on the bottom, not like an American thin crust. The ingredients were top notch. Cayenne candied Canadian Bacon, Chorizo Sausage, Fresh Milk Mozzarella, Caramelized Onions, Roasted Grape Tomato, Avocado. Yes - Avocado. Without a doubt the world's best pizza topping now.
A few craft beer selections, Palm City Hazify at the least. A bigger selection would solidify this place in my rotation.
It's not a run of the mill Pizza spot, the flavors are solid, and it's not overly bready. This is the new pizza spot. Stop snoozing like I was.
