I traveled almost two hundred miles from the DFW area to the Marr‑Kirkland Clinic for my son’s cornea transplant, and I could not be more grateful for the experience. From the moment we arrived, Dr. Kirkland’s warm, compassionate attitude set the tone for a remarkable experience. He and his staff took the time to truly listen, slowing down whenever needed to address our concerns and to remember that my son is a person with feelings—not just a surgical case. Their genuine engagement, clear communication, and unwavering dedication made us feel valued and reassured throughout the entire process. I did my annual eye exam at Marr-Kirkland for the first time today. Dr Cook was my attending doctor. I am amazed at the professionalism and efficiency of this operation. Every single person on the staff that I interacted with was knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend this business and Dr Cook to anyone needing eye care. Everybody was very nice and considerate when I had my cataract surgery at physician center. I was very comfortable and I didn’t feel much of anything. I really liked all the nurses and my doctor and everyone involved. They were professional, but yet very friendly and laughed with me and joked with me slightly to keep my mind off of things. All the staff were very helpful. They kept things moving on time. They were very through and explained every step. The Dr was polite and informative. The visit answered all questions with clear and concise information. I just moved over here an was very pleased with appointment.

All staff are respectful to all patients. Appointment times have been on time, by my experiences. Staff work together to assist each other with patients appointments. Staff speak in normal language , and answer questions when asked. I feel confident with all my treatment.
