Westside Cleaners

I used to love going here, especially for the tailor. I used to recommend this place to everyone but things have definitely changed. I do not live as close as I used to but still make the trek when I need to because I trust the establishment. I dropped off my clothes a few weeks ago, some to dry clean and some to tailor and while the dry cleaning prices were fine the tailors prices are double what they used to be. Although, in this economy I try to be understanding. So after getting several messages that my clothes were ready I make the long drive to pick them up but I am not given everything. I tell the person behind the counter that something is missing and she tells me that nothing is missing. That was frustrating in and of itself. She kept trying to sell me on maybe it was just mislabeled and everything was there. I had to show her that my receipt listed more items than what she was giving me for her to finally believe me. She then told me she would let the tailor know. So now I have to take another long drive to pick up something that should've been done by now so that's a little upsetting. It was not until I drove away and looked at my bank account to see that I was double charged. That was the last straw that pushed me to write this review. I could have dealt with a few of these mishaps, but all of this together has me more than disappointed. I've never had such a bad experience there, I hope they get it together soon because now my bank account is overdrafted and I don't even have all my clothes 😔.

I had a king bed spread cleaned. I haven’t used Westside Cleaners for a couple years so just found out it had new owners when I got there. The service was fast and friendly. When I picked it up the bedspread was neatly folded in a storage bag. When I took it out of the bag to check it I was impressed! It had rub marks where our dog would rub against it as she walked past it and they were gone. There were a couple other stains on it and they were gone also. I was impressed with the quality of workmanship and returning it to me ready to store in a zippered plastic storage bag. The price was also less than where I had it cleaned before. I will start using Westside Cleaners as my go to cleaners again!!!
