TL:DR Prime is awesome and if you want a realtor who is on your side then Stephanie Feltner is really freaking awesome. 10/10 My wife and I started our journey with Prime a while back. Our original agent was Amy Robinson and we loved her. We couldn't really find anything that we wanted no matter how hard she tried. Fast forward to June of this year we found a few that we liked and I had reached out to Amy to let her know that we were on the hunt again only to find out that she had retired. She said she would connect us with someone she knew and trusted. We thought that we wouldn't find anyone else that we really liked or would work as hard as she did. Boy were we wrong. She put us in contact with Stephanie Feltner who was just as dynamic and focused on what we wanted. She knew exactly where to look and what we wanted in our new home , and needed. She really understood the assignment and ran with it. We bought the second house she showed us as it fit our needs perfectly. There is an old saying that goes once is an accident and twice is on purpose. I say that to say we have encountered two people who work or worked for Prime that were both awesome and I suspect that there are many others at Prime who are the same way. Overall we are very pleased and would recommend Prime to anyone looking to buy a home. You can't go wrong with Prime and if you need a realtor we highly recommend Stephanie Feltner.

Eric is the Best!!! We both bought our new home with him and he also helped sell our previous home for above asking price. Eric is very personable but also very knowledgeable. He was ever so patient and informative as we looked at house after house trying to find our perfect home. He helped point out features of homes as well as any potential issues. He is quick to respond to any questions as well being readily available to look at homes and being an excellent negotiator. His expertise in real estate law was immensely helpful in advising us when we were contemplating offers/ signing contracts. When we listed our home, we had three offers within a few days because of his excellent marketing. Two of the offers were above listing price. Highly recommend the Prime Team.
