Had Alton come by and give me a very competitive quote when I was looking to repair my flat roof. They also were able to get the roof done in a very efficient and stress free manner. We had Alton with Friendship roofing and coating redo our flatroof and WOW! WHAT A DIFFERENCE!!! I would do it again in a heartbeat! Reroofing our flat roof was one of the best decisions we have made for our home! Before it was SOOOO hot you couldnt stand to be on the balcony for more than a minute in the summer because your feet would burn up and the heat transfer into the room underneath was terrible--and then the reverse happened in the winter. We could hardly keep up heating and cooling that room under the roof. After Alton redid our roof it was a night and day experience! The room underneath was comfortable and now we could finally spend relaxing time on the roof enjoying the view we have and spending time with company there...especially after adding some artificial grass to keep the glare down and make it feel like a mini garden getaway! In addition, the 30% IRS tax credits we received for doing this with a certified dealer who has energy star products gives us that much more savings! This is a huge WIN and I definitely recommend you using Alton to do your work. He communicates well, is an excellent craftsman and stands behind his work. You cant get better!
