I would not use this office. In fact, I haven’t used this office in TWO YEARS. And yet, I received an invoice bill today despite no longer being a patient and no longer living in the same state. When I called, believing this to be a mistake, the receptionist; 1. Clearly did not know what was going on and did not offer any solutions. 2. Was insistent upon the bill, when again I have not even lived in Sarasota for TWO YEARS. And no longer have access to any of my receipts or forms since I do not hold onto such things for more than 6 months. 3. Reacted in a very volatile and aggressive manner to what I was saying, and proceeded to call me multiple times back to back after I hung up the phone. Something which is not acceptable in a retail location, let alone a PSYCHIATRIC OFFICE. Where I am SURE there are patients calling who are 50x more unstable than I am, who would react far worse.

This studio is becoming very inconsistent compared to 6 years ago filled with not so many professionals anymore! Some Doctors are pretty incompetents, Nurse practitioners and Staff are Sub Par.
