I came in with a completely dead multimedia system after a flat battery: everything was stuck in Japanese, the reverse camera wasn’t working, and there was no sound or radio. The team at AutoEase were outstanding. The young technician had a quick look at the screen and, within a couple of minutes, everything was up and running again — camera, audio, radio, menus. No fuss, just real competence and solid know-how. Very impressed with the speed and quality of the work. Highly recommended — they clearly know what they’re doing.

I will never ever recommend this shop m.the technician is so rude. I took my car here for a wof everything is good just change the tyre I bring back the next day.but he refused not to look at it and finished my papers he told me ”its not an 1minute job mate”. I begging to finish it because we have to go to Nelson in weekend I really asked him I almost bend my knee for him but he still refused.so I dont have a choice we still go.we squeeze ourselves in a little car with my five big family so frustrating we just trying to be happy for that trip.then when I come back to again to finally get my wof he only took 15 minutes to check it😖😒🙂‍↔️😞
