Waterboy was great, we were so happy we chose them! Tyler was friendly, honest, and professional! He explained the options we had to fix/replace our water softener system, all reasonable pricing! Tyler was very knowledgeable about the subject matter. His online booking system was also super user friendly and we liked the text/email reminders and communications. We would definitely recommend Tyler to anyone with water softener system needs.

Very impressed with the service and professionalism of Tyler. He took his time explaining every detail with me. He didn't use any cheap sales tactics and I felt that he was honest and direct about everything he told me. I even went a step further and verified his explanation with others and it matched perfectly. I would highly recommend his services as he only uses top of the line products.
