Super friendly and knowledgeable team! Unfortunately our furnace was really old and it didn't make sense to put more money into it, we opted to replace. From Marvin coming over super quickly to identify the issues with the old furnace, working with Koby on detailed quotes that meet the needs of our home and budget, to Ryan and Kurtis replacing our old furnace, seamless! Everyone was so kind and explained every part of the process. Happy (now warm and comfortable) customers here!

I was fortunate enough to win a draw for a free furnace cleaning from this company. I thought it'd be everyone won the draw so they can all come out and try to sales pitch us on this that and the other thing. I was wrong. The technician from Brown's plumbing and heating came out as promised did a thorough cleaning of my furnace which I needed anyways and was corded over $400 from another company. Didn't try to sell me a thing gave me a full report was very professional I recommend this company to anyone who needs any HVAC service. Here are some before photos. I recently hired Brown's Plumbing and Heating to install a new under-cabinet range hood, and I'm very pleased with their service. The team did an excellent job and worked professionally from start to finish. Special thanks to the team of Tim and Ryan who did a great job running power to the new exhaust fan and cutting a new exterior wall vent. Their work was clean, efficient, and well done. The price was very fair, and the quality of work exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Brown's Plumbing and Heating to anyone looking to install a kitchen exhaust fan or similar home upgrades!

Great experience with Brown plumbing… project is not complete yet, but dealing with Kobe from Brown has been perfect. Kobe has been a great person to deal with - friendly, on time, very good with listening to my needs. Update after job completed; had an issue with delayed parts, but Kobe and Marvin kept me updated every step of the way. Once parts were in, they returned to complete the project in a day - faster than expected. Everything looks great and garage heater is working really well. .

From the quote to the installation, I had such a good experience with all the staff at Brown’s. My husband was away for work, so I took the lead in our boiler replacement. From Koby’s help with different options and quotes (and responding to my text with a new idea) to Marvin and Josh working extra time on the installation to make sure I had heat. I never felt talked down to and always felt safe and respected with Brown’s staff. Highly recommend working with them.

Ryan was fantastic. He was very professional and knowledgeable and solved our difficult problem. He took the time to do the job right without any up charging. The price I was quoted was the price I paid. Will definitely recommend Brown’s to all my friends and will call them next time I am in need. Thank you for the speedy response and repair. I called in the morning and they were there within a couple of hours. Ryan stayed late into the evening to ensure the job was complete.

Noah Lambert did his job professionally and made sure everything was done right. Very helpful guy and answered all of our questions too. Would definitely recommend.

Met Hayley and she was so professional and pleasant, really outstanding..she gave us such excellent service and again exceeded our expectations. Hayley provided so much helpful information along with photos as well as a very detailed explanation of what work would be needed. She returned with Josh today to implement the changes she recommended so our home functions optimally and cleaned thoroughly thereafter .Its so nice to trust our home is well cared for with Browns.
