I recently contacted Palm Electric for a quote on a possible kitchen 240v/50A electrical upgrade. They were very responsive, had great communications and followed up very promptly. The on-site evaluation was quick, they asked all the right questions and the quote was on-time and thorough. Although I probably won’t have this upgrade work done due to the complexity having to do with my home’s post-tension slab, I will be contacting them for any future electrical needs and I would recommend them to anybody looking for a high quality and responsive contractor.

Palm Electric was a pleasure to work with and I will use them again in the future. I had a few things I wanted done/evaluated including upgrading service to 200Amps, replacing panel, installing master breaker, running a 100Amp circuit to my garage for an EV charger, replacing an existing EV charger, and installing recessed lighting in a few rooms in my home. Had multiple companies bid on the work, and not only were Palm's bids the most competitive, I felt most comfortable with them. They bid each item separately, allowing me to pick and choose what I wanted done immediately and offered to honor the other bids for the next six months. They performed on time and within budget. Tim Palm is the quintessential small business owner: he knows his customer; he employs experienced and competent help; he delivers as promised; and he follows through after the job is completed. Most recently he changed out a 200 amp main service panel, a 7 to 8 hour job. Jay and Mike showed up early after Phyllis had twice called and/or texted me to make sure I was ready. The removal of the old and the install of the new went well. Tim showed up to check on progress. All my breakers were nicely labelled. The work site was left spotless. And Tim called the day following to check on my satisfaction. I think he authored the book on "How to Treat Customers Right".

I've used Palm Electric for a number of years and they do an AWESOME job! Always on time, friendly and very helpful in whatever needs to be done. I really can't say enough good things about them - they are great! Had an electric box almost falling off of the house and Tim came out and reattached it to the house after TEP said I needed an electrician to do it. He also fixed a heat lamp in my bathroom that had not worked in over a year. Dealing with contractors and construction the last few years since the passing of my husband had been challenging but I can say you will be VERY pleased dealing with Palm Electric!!

When repairing our house post significant water damage to the plaster walls, (2) open wire boxes were revealed and it was necessary to confirm if these very old wires were live or not. Palm Electric came highly recommended and Tim Palm was able to come out and review the wiring within 2 days. Tim walked us through every step and confirmed the old wiring was indeed "dead". Tim further reviewed an install for the on demand water heater, performed by another company, and addressed concerns with the installation. He had his team over within 15 minutes to review the installation and place it closer to the water heater. A simple clean up for the team! Scheduling was efficient and effective. Phyllis was able to work with Tim's schedule and remained in contact with me, providing and email with the schedule and a reminder for the appointment with Tim. Thank you to the Palm Electric Team! Showed up on time...actually early!!! Both Mike & Jay worked hard to get the job done. Always communicating with me on any changes or suggestions to the original job. Will definitely use Palm Electric again!!! They even offered to vacuum up what little dust there was!!
