Ryan was able to perform some very crucial Repairs in one of my rental units. Also, he replaced the doors in the apartment and flooring. Ryan also replaced a couple of the windows for us.

Ryan did an amazing job on my flooring in my apt. He tore out all of my carpet that was beat up and gross from dogs and cats. He put hard wood floors in. I unfortunately don’t have a before picture and not a super good picture of after. But I’m sure you get the picture. The job was completed in just about 5 hrs and looks so good.

Ryan is honest, dependable, hard working, and will go above and beyond to get your job done correctly and at a fair price. Hes also an amazing human in general. You should definitely give him a call! What is there to lose? 🔨

Dunning and Sons is the most reliable and quality work I have had. I have dealt with a lot of handymen that will come inspect the problem, give a quote and then just never get back to us. Ryan did not cut any corners on the repairs he did on our house, he was always so quick to get back to us and always kept us updated so we didn’t have to worry at any point. Ryan has done several projects and I have been very happen with them. Carpet ripped out and LVP flooring laid. Bathroom vent installed in my bathroom. Replaced a sink/faucet in the kitchen. Replaced the walls of the bathroom shower, now it is much easier to clean! Thanks Ryan!
