Took the 9 day intensive RES course running 10am-5pm on weekdays. It's been a great time learning all about the real estate industry in Singapore with RIA. The school is conveniently located in HDB Hub, just a short walk from Toa Payoh MRT, a pantry for hot and cold water is available, and there is a wide selection of eating places for our lunch break. I love the information the trainers Kheng Lip and Cheryl Sum have been sharing with us; they're engaging, knowledgeable and true blue professionals in the industry so we learn from their actual experiences too. There are many case studies and the course materials are very comprehensive. (Two thick big files, notebook and pen provided) Somehow I actually feel that each day passes by very quickly. There's definitely alot to absorb but the trainers help to explain everything clearly, answer our burning questions and even have a WhatsApp group with us. Would love to show appreciation to the front desk staff Keith and Richard who work tirelessly to help with our registration, answer all our queries thoroughly and remind us through email and face to face about all the procedures needed to make this process to becoming an agent a smooth one. I think this course is very worthwhile whether or not one wishes to enter this industry. Plus, most of the course fees can be paid off with SkillsFuture credits and the remaining 50% of what you paid offset by being an NTUC member, including the REA exams. Thanks for making my experience learning at RIA a great one! (Just remember to bring a jacket or wear covered clothes as it can get cold with the central aircon)

Cheryl is an extremely knowledgeable RES mentor and trainer. She helped me answer my questions even on weekends which helped me clear both the papers in first attempt. She is extremely patient and her legal knowledge is the best.
