I’m shocked to find good reviews for this complex. I have a family member that has lived there for a while because like many that are there, they work at the FAA. The building is like a 1970s relic because they haven’t been touched since they were built. Things are in poor repair, very old And nothing has been upgraded. We were constantly dealing with cockroach infestation, and the musty cigarette smell was overwhelming. We were so glad to finally get out of there, but unfortunately, the cockroach infestation was so bad that they were also taken to the new apartment. I get that this seems to be housing for the FAA and all utilities are included, but I wouldn’t live amongst thesmell and the bugs. Just couldn’t take it.

Clean, spacious & comfortable apartment. My family & I were very happy during our stay here. All the staff were very friendly, especially the 2 ladies at the front desk. They were really kind & helpful to us. Swimming pool was lovely too!
