I’m almost hesitant to leave such a glowing review because this truly feels like one of the valley’s best-kept secrets. At last, a dependable and affordable mechanic who consistently delivers timely, high-quality work on both European and American vehicles.
Tim and his team are exceptional — professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly reliable. It’s rare to find an auto shop that combines expertise, integrity, and fair pricing so seamlessly. In the valley, it’s proven next to impossible.
I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I'd give these guys 10 stars if I could. Visiting from Salt Lake, major vehicle malfunction at Sun Valley where Tim and his crew arranged to have our vehicle moved, then relocated to Boise for repairs and helped with all of the commotion surrounding such an activity. While we're not happy about what occurred with the vehicle, we consider ourselves very fortunate that we were able to get Pioneer automotive on our side. They're friendly, fair, and find proactive solutions.
