We recently had a fantastic experience with Thomson Heating Group and can’t recommend them highly enough. We contacted them in a bit of a panic due to a time-sensitive issue with our boiler, and from the very first call, the service was excellent. Lorraine was incredibly helpful and reassuring - she guided us through the process, allowed us to send photos via WhatsApp, and quickly liaised with an engineer on our behalf. We received a clear and fair quote in no time, which really helped ease the stress of the situation. The work was scheduled for the following week, and David, the engineer who carried out the job, was absolutely brilliant. He was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain what he was doing and offer helpful advice. He even went above and beyond by sorting out the PRV, which wasn’t included in the original query. Overall, the whole experience was smooth, efficient, and genuinely pleasant from start to finish. It’s clear that Thomson Heating Group really care about their customers. Huge thanks to the entire team - especially Lorraine and David - for their excellent service. We wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future!

Tom recently carried out several jobs for us, including repairing a mains water leak before the internal stop valve, replacing the kitchen sink trap, and servicing the boiler. His work was excellent. Professional from start to finish, clearly explained what was needed, completed everything efficiently, and provided proper documentation. He also gave practical, useful advice. The mains leak was fixed quickly and properly. Pricing was fair and transparent, with no surprises. I would highly recommend him.
