Off The Chain Towing & Recovery

Mike was fantastic. He picked up the phone right away, answered all my questions and responded exactly when he said he would. He worked quickly getting the vehicle hooked up, and was very professional and easy-going throughout the entire process. He will be my first call if I ever need a tow in this area again!

The short of this review is the Mike is communicative, kind, sympathetic, and honest. I'm not sure what more I would ask from a business owner. Mike found us up a creek without a paddle after an unfortunate water incident left my group without transportation. On the phone, he was understanding of our situation and wanted to help us recover. He drove from Port Angeles to Forks to pick up our rig and tow it back to the PA dealer. The drive alone is 2 1/2 hours round trip! and his rates were reasonable for the amount of effort he gave. The following day, when we went to recover the vehicle, we learned that the shop had not completed some necessary tasks to get us on the road and home (another 3 hours away). We asked Mike if he could help right the situation and he was with us in 20 minutes, on the ground under the vehicle, and in the rain. He was happy to help and we were more than excited to have his help. Would recommend! Thank you so much!
