I had to go for a tooth removal. The actual dentist (a woman, not the man) was really rude, made me feel really uncomfortable, and ashamed of my teeth. She would make comments with the lady from the front desk while actively working in my mouth that were judgey and didn’t need to be said. I had to go back for a follow up and there was no one there. I was trying to get my stitches removed and the office was completely closed. Found out later that the dentist had called out so they wouldn’t be open all day. So I had to come back another day. I never received a call or anything about them being closed. No one did. There were other people showing up for their appointments at the same time I was. This place sucks.

Only reason why I'm giving 3 stars is because of the nice staff in the office when I went at the time. They were very nice and accommodating , I had to take my son with me and they were very nice about it gave him little toys after overall nice experience. Now I had to schedule for another appointment, I don't understand why I keep getting harassed to change my appointment even after explaining I don't have availability for another time but the lady that keeps calling me to reschedule keeps calling and pushing for me to get seen another day even telling her no thank you 3 days in a row. So sad to cancel my appointment I don't feel comfortable going anymore if they keep pushing me to change it after the fact I explain that it's the only time I have available.
