Had been going back and forth with Steve since April to set up a garage heater, but I kept getting pulled away. Steve was understanding and kept in touch to make sure we could find a time that worked for both of us. When my schedule finally opened up in September/October, Steve picked up right where we left off—no need for another visit or back-and-forth. A couple of after-hours messages and we had everything scheduled. His booking platform was simple to use and clearly itemized the work and materials being provided. When installation day came, Steve and Henry arrived on time and were very professional. They took the time to answer my questions, explain the process, and complete the job efficiently. A small change came up during installation, but Steve handled it seamlessly and made sure I was happy with the options. The work was finished within the promised timeline, and just as others have mentioned, the inspection passed with no issues. Great company to interact with. Stephen & Henry lead with their best price first & made shopping around alot more difficult. They were able to come to my house with short notice & were quick clean & efficient when swapping all my faucets.
