Bogner Pools

Bogner Pools really did a good job with our pool. We are so happy with how it turned out. We really enjoyed our experience with Nelson, Chris and Joe! They were so patient, informative and helpful during the entire process! Even when we had unexpected and unnecessary issues with our neighbor, they were very knowledgeable and explained everything every step of the way. At the end we did have some loose tiles that needed repairs, and they scheduled us right away to have them fixed. Other than that, we absolutely love our pool and are very glad we chose them to complete our project. Bogner Pools was great and I would definitely recommend. **However, they did recommend a landscaper by the name of "Shaun Davis Landscaping". *BEWARE!!!* He was the absolute worst choice we made in this entire project. He used profanities at me, took no responsibility for his work, was a fast talker but was not knowledgeable at all and was very combative when mistakes were made that he could not talk his way out of (even when Bogner tried to mediate the situation). He even made statements like "any idiot can get a contractors license". Which turned out to be very true because he was able to acquire one. We spent alot of money and had to have almost all of it ripped out and fixed by another company. There are things we could not afford to fix and have been left for us to deal with later, such as the cracking and falling of brand new stairs and concrete leading to front door, concrete pad placed in backyard for shed has non consistent measurements and will have to be significantly altered to fit preplanned shed and so much more! Bogner Pools is not contracted with him, but tried to make things right and mediate the problems. Even when requested by Bogner, he could not itemize pricing and was caught in multiple lies. He even requested payment before contracted work was completed. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE USE THIS CON ARTIST!

Shopped around for many months for a pool company, as we had heard horror stories from friends. Bogner came in with a reasonable price from the get go and did not surprise you with additional costs throughout the project. You can tell Steve and Chris have years and years of experience building pools and knew what they were doing. We live in an area notorious for having hard rock in the ground, complicating the excavation process. The folks at Bogner walked us through the entire process and were confident in their abilities and knowledge. We are SOOO happy with our pool and very glad we decided to go with Bogner. Their professional and craftmanship is top notch. Would most definitely reccomend them for your pool build.
