Payne Co did my bathroom renovation and I couldn’t be happier with the result! Whitley managed the whole project including the different tradies. Whitley was a great communicator and has an eye for attention to detail. All of the tradies turned up when they were meant to and cleaned up each day which kept dust to a minimum. I highly recommend Payne Co.

I first met Whittley Payne during the construction of my New build home in Mermaid waters in 2024..His keen enthusiasm for the build was infectious and at all times he displayed a consistent hard work ethic and conscientious heart as a builder. We shared many creative conversations on architecture along with chats on how to solve detail issues for the property that came to us from time to time..His solutions were always well thought through, right on the mark. While others can give you problems, Whittley embraced the challenges and always found solutions as a builder should with his attention to detail - second to none.. He has been referred by me many times over with pride for his work. I continue to work with him on many new projects as I have found.PayneCo.
