We had a perfect stay at Gruene River Hotel & Retreat. Everything was extremely clean, the staff was wonderful, and the entire property felt relaxing and well cared for. The homemade breakfast each morning was absolutely delicious, and we loved visiting and talking with the staff — everyone was so friendly and welcoming. The additional snacks and drinks offered throughout the day really made the experience feel extra special. The grounds are beautiful, and we especially enjoyed spending time by the riverside. We would definitely stay here again!

Everything about our stay here was perfect. The landscaping and views of the river were gorgeous. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The decor was inviting and classy. The food was incredible. Our bed in the Homestead was one of the most comfortable mattresses I’ve ever slept on. They go the extra mile, and it shows. We will be back!
