1. Eligibility for Free Service
Minimum Rental Duration: Free airport delivery and pickup is applicable for car rentals of 5 days or more.
Booking Channel: Offer valid only for bookings made directly through our official website at www.snzcarrental.com, by contacting our reservations team at +23052556614, or via email at naser@snzcarrental.com.
Specific Airport(s): Service is available exclusively for Sir Seewoosagur Ramgoolam International Airport (MRU).
Vehicle Availability: Availability of vehicles for airport delivery and pickup is subject to prior booking and confirmation.
2. Booking & Confirmation
Advance Notice: To guarantee free airport delivery and pickup, bookings must be confirmed with at least 24 hours advance notice.
Flight Details Required: Customers must provide accurate flight numbers (arrival and departure) and estimated times for delivery and pickup. Delays in providing this information may affect service availability.
Confirmation: Airport delivery and pickup is confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation email/message from SNZ Car Rental.
3. Delivery & Pickup Process
Meet-and-Greet Point: Our representative will meet you just after you come out at the exit gate at Sir Seewoosagur Ramgoolam International Airport (MRU). One of our friendly drivers will be there with a pancard clearly written "SNZ Car Rental" or your name.
Required Documents: Customers must present a valid driver's license, passport/ID, and the credit card used for booking (if applicable) at the time of delivery.
Vehicle Inspection: A joint inspection of the vehicle will be conducted at both delivery and pickup. Any pre-existing damage will be noted on the rental agreement.
Fuel Policy: Vehicles are delivered with a full tank of fuel and should be returned with a full tank. Otherwise, a refueling charge plus the cost of fuel will apply.
Return Process: For pickup, please ensure the vehicle is parked at the agreed upon location at Sir Seewoosagur Ramgoolam International Airport (MRU) by the scheduled time.
4. Charges & Fees (for exceptions)
Late Pickup/Return: Additional charges may apply for significant delays in pickup or return not communicated in advance.
No-Show Policy: In case of a no-show without prior notification, the booking may be cancelled and a cancellation fee applied.
Out-of-Hours Service: While we strive to accommodate, deliveries or pickups requested outside of our standard operating hours of [e.g., 6:00 AM - 10:00 PM] may be subject to an additional out-of-hours surcharge.
5. General Provisions
Modification/Cancellation: All modifications or cancellations to bookings must be made in accordance with our standard rental terms and conditions, available on our website at www.snzcarrental.com.
Right to Refuse Service: SNZ Car Rental reserves the right to refuse service to any customer for reasonable cause.
Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Mauritius.
