As a first-time homeowner, I was overwhelmed by some of the necessary repairs my home needed, but working with Trevor made everything feel manageable. Not only is he an experienced contractor, he’s also a homeowner, landlord, and property manager, which really shows in the way he approaches his work. He always took the time to explain options clearly, never rushed and made sure I felt confident in every decision. He has completed several outstanding projects in my home from painting some rooms at my home and transforming my kitchen cabinets by painting them. He also made my basement feel like new one by transforming it into warm, welcoming space with new flooring. The quality of his work consistently exceeded my expectations. He also helped merge two bedrooms into one, replaced a leaking shower base, and power-washed and stained my balcony.. Finding someone reliable and honest—especially as a new homeowner—isn’t easy, but I felt completely comfortable trusting Trevor. We are very happy that we were introduced to him. Professional, fast and detail-oriented! I needed my half bathroom’s toilet repaired and Trevor was patient and knowledgeable, evaluating the issue and explaining to me my different options, and ultimately sourcing and installing a brand new toilet within a couple hours. He also replaced my water-damaged windowsill. I’m very particular about any work done in my home, and was extremely happy with the service and outcome! Will absolutely be using services again for an upcoming basement project.
