They had very vague instruction. Did not show up on time. When they did show up they pretty much told us that everything was to cluttered. All though there was almost nothing in the house though. But they said nothing can be removed from the house in the instruction. They we're very disrespectful to the belongings. As Well as to us. They said that the refrigerator were fine. That you could have stuff in them but, the surge protector it was plugged into was melted but they said that all of the surge protector would be fine. Plus, there were quite a few items that were warped. That they said would be fine.

Edit: Rocky Mt called me about 15 minutes after I posted a 1-star review. Weather was extremely bad with drifts and snow. Turns out their tech guys were on their way to this appointment when they were involved in a car accident. I made a mistake and jumped to the conclusion much too soon and changed the review to 5-star for calling me and letting me know. They will go out on Monday. Great customer service so far. Schedule an appt, and no one showed up. The rep said to expect the inspector to come around btwn 4:30-5:30. Tenants stayed home today from work, waiting for someone to show up. I called at 5 and received an answering machine stating they were closed. Poor customer service!
