Tim and his crew are exceptionally skilled and intentional about doing a great job. He is excellent to communicate with, which can be hard to find these days.
We had 3000 or so sq feet of engineered hard wood installed. The transitions are nice, vent covers beautiful, just an overall stellar job!

I would highly recommend 3rd Gen Flooring. They know their stuff! I wish I met with them before buying my flooring. Still like the flooring I bought but I’d talk to them first next time. They did a beautiful job and a lot of square footage. Also they had to blend carpet in several places. Which is not easy. It looks very professional. Perfectionists!!!
