I purchased a Subaru Forester last night after extensive research online and wanted share my experience. I visited their lot last Wednesday to see and test drive the car I saw online. I returned for a second look and put money down for the purchase. High Rated Auto deals with higher mileage used cars and a good inventory of different makes and models that they are very familiar with. The staff is attentive and not pressuring.
The buying experience was pleasant without a lot of sales tactics. They provided a fair offer on our trade-in and priced the car competitively. The car had gone through the Maryland inspection process and had no issues. Raj, Malik and Shawn were attentive and answered all my questions. I found one other car similar in mileage, features, and age within the same price range but higher, and it was two states away in New Jersey and had been in an accident.
Don't expect a new car sales environment as they maintain a low overhead and sell high mileage cars where they are familiar with the quality, performance, and value. I would buy another car from High Rated Auto Company and recommend any one looking for a higher mileage car known for its reliability to do the same. Do your research first so you know what you want and can afford then check out their inventory to see if they have what you want.

What a wonderful experience buying a used car from HRAC. Saw the car online. Let them know I was interested. They responded right away. Answered all of my questions. Very polite and professional. Will definitely recommend to friends. Would buy from HRAC again.
