***********DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE**********
Took my Porsche Cayenne here for repair. They diagnosed my vehicle of needing a new engine after stating they needed to install a fuel pump first to see if that was the issue. After the fuel pump was installed, they told me I needed a new engine for 12k and still charged me $2200 for the repair. I took it to the the dealership and they found my engine was completely fine and that the starter cable to the back up battery was unhooked intentionally to make my engine appear dead. Additionally overcharged me for two coolant temp sensors and only installed one. It was also installed incorrectly with issues per documented Porsche Cayenne Dealership. Very dishonest! I have tried to work it out directly with them and have refused to settle it adequately. I have now filed a complaint against them to the Regulatory Monitoring Department/State licensing branch.
