J’adore Nail Lounge

I have never left a review for a place before and I do feel bad leaving such a low rating, but this is the third time I’ve tried going to J’adore. The first time it was amazing and everyone was and still is super nice and hospitable. But the past two visits have just been disappointing to say the least. Their posts on their website and social media are so misleading cause it looks like their techs can pretty much do any basic design and then some. But the past two times I’ve gone the nail tech I received didn’t ask what color I wanted, if the shape was good, or checked in at all through out the appointment to make sure everything was to satisfaction. Which was sad because looking around all the other nail techs seemed to be doing the opposite and their clients were getting better and happier results. The second time I went back and they did fix them free of charge and the result was better. So I tried a third time and it was just the same and I don’t feel like I should have to keep coming back to get them fixed when they should be done right the first time. Like I said everyone is super nice and the salon itself is gorgeous, music is good, complimentary drinks. But what’s the point of having a beautiful salon and beautiful souls working there if at the end of the day you don’t leave with beautiful nails. Sad to not be returning.

I’ve had such a great experience every time I’ve come here. I’ve been to this salon three times now, and each visit has been amazing. The entire staff is so attentive and kind — offering complimentary drinks, helping me put my sandals on before I leave, just really making you feel cared for. The salon is beautiful and the work has been great every single time. I had Sophia do my nails on my most recent visit and she definitely stood out to me. She was so gentle, always checked in to make sure I was comfortable, and my nails came out beautiful. Jimmy also did a great job on my French tip toes. Everyone here is talented and welcoming. I definitely recommend this salon! There may be a slight language barrier at times, but it never takes away from the experience. Just be clear about what you’re looking for!
