Michael Higgins was the first inspector that I ever worked with when I started my real estate career over eight years ago. He has been and is still my go to Inspector. He is incredibly thorough. The technology with which he delivers his reports to buyers and agents is thorough yet user-friendly. He also has the rare quality of being able to balance knowledge and common sense with the findings at any given property. He is able to provide detailed information mixed with valuable insight to help the buyers as they make their decisions moving forward. I used him for my house that I bought, and my children are using him for theirs as well. Highly recommend both as a real estate broker and as a buyer.
