Tyler did an excellent job moving and refelting a pool table I bought on Marketplace. He was a great help and showed patience when I was indecisive about the felt color. Once the table arrived at our house, we realized that the rug, which I had lay down the night before, was still bumpy and needed a few days to settle down. Tyler and I agreed he would come back a few days later to finish the setup and refelting of the table once the rug had flattened. He did so without charging me extra. I so much appreciate this flexibility and it shows great compassion and care for customers and the end result. Highly recommend!
