Best Western Premier Executive Residency Medicine Hat

My family and I stayed at the Best Western as we were in Medicine Hat visiting family. We have nothing but great things to say about the hotel, staff, and facilities. We were warmly greeted by the front desk staff upon arrival and used the fitness center daily which was always well kept and clean. Special shoutout to Julia, Katie, and Devin, who collectively spent over an hour getting my phone (which also contained my debit cards, credit card, and ID) from the bottom of the elevator shaft after I dropped it in the elevator gap from the 5th floor. When Devin arrived to assess the problem, he was calm and collected and politely asked for an explanation of what occurred. His demeanor immediately instilled confidence in me that they would find a way to get my phone back. Julia and Katie easily could have ignored the situation and continued on with their own duties, but instead both stopped what they were doing to help brainstorm a solution. Even though the back of my phone is completely shattered, the front remained in tact and I still have all of my cards (which would have been a huge hassle and expense to replace). Julia was very kind when we ran into her later, checking in to ask about my phone. I am eternally grateful to this amazing staff for their wonderful service and attention to detail. Additionally, the manager on duty (I didn't get her name) was helping with the elevator situation and was very polite and welcoming at all times. I highly recommend a stay at this hotel, and if anyone higher up at Best Western is reading this.... give those 4 a nice holiday bonus!

I have stayed at this hotel 4 times now! I have never been disappointed. I would like to give a big shout out to the front desk staff, especially Kopal! She has elevated my stay every single time. 👍👍The cleanliness is outstanding, from the rooms to the amenities to the breakfast buffet. I like the little touches that this hotel offers. They have a state of the art coffee machine where you can get free black coffee, hot water, and hot chocolate. They also have a great hot/cold filtered water machine that is also complimentary. The breakfast buffet has everything you could want in a hot breakfast with plenty of comfortable seating. This location is nestled amongst all your shopping and restaurant needs. They also decorated beautifully for Christmas. I am really looking forward to stay #5.
