We brought our vehicle to Marshall's to fix some damage to our 2019 VW Tiguan. Another shop wanted to charge us for an estimate! The work they did at Marshall's is exceptional! They kept me informed throughout the entire process! When we picked our car up it was as clean as a brand new car, both inside and out! We would definitely recommend Marshall's to anyone looking to have body work done to their vehicle. They seem to take great pride in their work, unlike some other shops out there. We also loved the cookies! A nice little parting gift!

After a very frustrating experience with my insurance company that dragged out the process and ultimately totaled my car, this auto body shop was the one positive throughout it all.
Michelle and Ryan were knowledgeable, transparent, and incredibly supportive from start to finish. They took the time to explain the repair process, helped me understand how insurance works, and guided me through my options without ever making me feel rushed or pressured. Even when it became clear the vehicle would be totaled, they were honest and continued to offer helpful guidance.
Their professionalism and integrity truly stood out. I’m so grateful to have had them in my corner during such a stressful situation. Highly recommend.
