Luan Nguyen-Tran - Real Estate

Luan is such an amazing person to work with. I contacted him at the start of my search with just a vague idea of what I wanted out of a home. I didn't know what I was looking for, if something like that existed in Washington, or how the entire process of buying a home even works. He had incredible insights to help me understand how the finances (loan & mortgage) and the contract negotiation process works on a foundational level. I was not a great client at the start, as I was basically window shopping online for about 6 months after initially meeting with Luan. He was very patient with me then, and gave me some great suggestions on where/what to search around for to get inspiration on my preferences for a home. Then when I finally had my finances somewhat in order and found a property I was interested, Luan pivoted with me to work on sending an offer on an amazing place in record time. It really went from 0 to 100 at the end. And while I was frantic and panicking, frought with worry, Luan calmly and quickly answered every question I had and kept my sanity as intact as possible. I've known Luan for a couple years before I connected with him professionally, and he was even friendlier, smarter and had better communication than I remembered. Small requests I asked of him were taken care of in less than a couple hours, which made me feel bad when I didn't check back on my email until the next day and somehow it turns out I'm the one apologizing for being late on things.

We loved working with Luan! We were first time home buyers and didn’t know much going into the process. Luan was so helpful, calm, thoughtful, knowledgeable and insightful. We really appreciated his flexibility working with our schedule. He was super responsive for all our little questions and explained a lot of stuff in detail so we felt very confident throughout the whole process.
