Our furnace failed at the worst possible time, the afternoon before a major storm. Bantel HVAC answered my call immediately, and Matthew, the owner, personally came out within a few hours. He thoroughly diagnosed the issue and completed the repair right away. A clear example of why supporting a locally owned small business matters. We will be using Bantel HVAC for future projects, and highly recommend them.

Had an absolutely wonderful experience with this company. Our Navien unit was not working properly and Matthew came out to diagnose the issue and order the necessary parts. He clearly explained what the problem was and what would be required to fix it. His crew returned within two days and completed the repair. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone in need of HVAC service or installation.
