Zach at Batis Pest Control is fantastic to work with. His communication is clear and timely, he shows up when promised, and the service itself is thorough and professional. He takes the time to explain everything, answer questions, and makes sure we feel confident in the treatment plan. Overall, just an all-around great experience — reliable, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about doing the job right. We will definitely be continuing to use him and highly recommend Zach and the Batis team!
