I’ve used them several times and always so quick to respond. Highly recommended for any and all of your towing needs. Local and dependable.

Kept delaying. I received notification through my BMW app Blue Star was dispatched at 8:24. At 8:43 I was contacted by phone and told the driver would arrive within 30 minutes. By 9:30, no one had shown up. I called Blue Star, was told it would another 30 minutes. At 9:50, the tracker said it would be 10:16. I called the BMW dealership, they called the tow company and was told it the drive would arrive in 10 minutes. 15 minutes later, still no driver. Finally got a call shortly after from the driver saying he was about to head my way and it would be another 20 minutes. When I voiced my concerns about the numerous times they kept pushing the arrival time back, the driver, Miguel, hung up on me. I informed BMW Roadside. I understand being busy, but if a company states they will be there at a certain time they should be there, not keep pushing the time back and making the customer wait for nearly 2 hours.
