Contracted with them on January 31st to do flood clean up in my basement. We went through my insurance. Took just about 2 weeks to remove their drying equipment. Since then the insurance has closed the case because they have not sent any paperwork to them and they have been unresponsive to my calls. Would not recommend them.

Right On Time Restoration is an absolute lifesaver! My basement flooded from melting snow, and when my insurance and other local companies left me stranded for days here in Doylestown, Right On Time showed up in under an hour. They handled the entire dry-out process flawlessly and even dealt with my insurance claim directly. They also referred me to a fantastic local partner who replaced my leaky windows the very next day at a great price. If you need emergency water or mold restoration, this is the team to call. Five stars!
