The professionalism, communication and technical expertise of this company is excellent-everything that you hope for but rarely get. We needed to replace a 20 year old shingled roof but didn’t know anyone who had a metal roof. And we’re curious whether we could afford one. I saw good reviews and contacted Pine Rock. Gage responded quickly. He used a virtual roof view to determine dimensions, answered questions about the differences between two types metal roof installation, metal thickness and gave a quote within a day. Being the obsessive person I am I verified what I was told with all the latest YouTube videos and online info. The pricing was so competitive (great really) that we did our house and mother in laws house with metal roofs. The photo show this company’s attention to detail and technical expertise shown by the bell tower roof installation! The other house was a tall two story with a black shiny roof. The metal was much thicker than I expected with a good choice of colors. Even our great grandchildren shouldn’t have to worry about roof replacement for a while!! The roof removal, installation and replacement was completed within two days. End pieces and some repairs were included with transparent pricing for more signicant repairs provided- which we didn’t need. I can’t say enough good things about this company that we were fortunate enough to find!
