Chef Joe is great! I hired him to cook dinner one night for us while we were in Charleston for my bachelorette party. He was very accommodating and we worked together to come up with a menu that we felt everyone would enjoy. He was also understanding about allergies and dietary restrictions. I also hired someone he partners with to do a wine paring and make a speciality cocktail which worked out really well. Everything was delicious and cooked perfectly! Love that he also cooks what’s fresh and in season. I would definitely recommended him!

I recommend Chef Joe 100%!!! He recently cooked for my large family that includes picky eaters, food allergies, foodies and people that work in the restaurant industry. Every one of us were so impressed with the taste and quality of every meal! Not to mention that Chef Joe is a great guy and very easy to get along with. If you’re in the SC area and are thinking about hiring a chef you can’t go wrong with Chainey Briar Chef Solutions!!!
