Don’t use this company! I had a similarly bad experience with another review from Nicole. I was referred to them only because my usual removalist was unavailable — I did not choose them myself. I moved alone from a 2-bedroom apartment to another 2-bedroom apartment, it is a single occupancy. They arrived late, and several of my items — plus their finished drink bottles — were left behind in my old home. I am germophobic and had specifically communicated my concern about the mattress. I was assured that the mattress and *all* furniture would be wrapped, but the mattress came back with multiple fingerprints (I had to order a new one immediately - Ecosa) and none of the furniture was wrapped. I only have a few large items, yet every one of them was damaged. The boss immediately denied responsibility without any investigation, despite not being present during the move. My desk and tallboy from the study were both left in the bedroom, so I had to move them myself at the end of the day. I had provided an old bedsheet and a note asking them to use it to protect my mattress — they ignored and even left the sheet in my old home. The fridge was dented, even though I had placed a reminder note on it asking to wrap it properly. The washing machine was not reconnected in the new home. Boxes were placed randomly — for example, the ones labelled “Toilet” were put in the bedroom. I was also told they didn’t have tools to disassemble the bed, which caused further delays. The 3 men did not work efficiently and not coordinated, all of them bring 2-3 things per around at the same time, instead of trying to fill up the lift as much as possible (or they did it in purpse to charge more hours.) Trying to be nice, I bought them coffee when they arrived at the new place. They finished it and left coffee stains on my brand new kitchen bench — and also left the empty cups behind. When I called the owner to ask if they were inexperienced (since that would at least explain the disaster), he insisted they were experienced and even mentioned that one of the movers was his son. For reference: 30 boxes and a few furniture pieces (TV stand, bed, tallboy, fridge, washing machine, dog house) — moved within the Central Coast, only a 40-minute drive apart, move in booking allowed for a 3 hours in the new home — took them **9.5 hours**! The bill they sent me was over $2,100. Yes the new home need a ferry to the transfer things, I am just not sure how long does it takeif the moving is for a couple or a family. If you’re fine with all that, go ahead. oooops, i was forced to give at least 1 star to get the review posted, i need to emphasis, i dont want to give any.

Andy, Eugene and Brendan were very professional, efficient, fun and strong. They were well supported with a large truck and behind the scenes support. I appreciate their honesty too. Ross gave excellent advice before the move, great communication. Highly recommended.
