Couldn’t be happier. We’ve worked with a lot of trades over the years, so we know what to expect going into big projects — and renovations are always a process. But building our pool with the Mainstream team was genuinely a breeze. What to expect: old-school, properly qualified contractors who actually know what they’re doing and work seamlessly together. You can tell they’ve been working together for years. Their advice is worth trusting — they know their pool builds. We wanted a specific heat level in our magnesium spa and fewer chemicals in the pool, which meant additional sourcing and equipment outside the usual scope, and they delivered on both fronts without issue. Communication was excellent — phone is definitely the preferred method. Very matter-of-fact, no fluff, just accurate and genuine information. Advice was solid and clearly based on real expertise. The result is a high quality pool we can all enjoy year round. Thanks to the Mainstream team — highly recommend.
