Just had my roof replaced by Kohlfeld Contracting after dealing with an insurance claim, and I honestly couldn’t be happier. Casey made the whole process so easy—he helped with the adjuster, explained everything clearly, and kept me updated the entire time. His crew showed up when they said they would, finished the roof in one day, and cleaned up all the nails! Super professional, honest, and easy to work with. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone needing roof work!

The job was to frame four skylights in an attic living space. Two new skylights were replacing older versions and two were being installed at new locations. Casey knew the required new plaster and paint would look different from the surrounding attic color so he bid job to include taping cracked joints then repainting the attic ceiling. I had not even considered this when I asked the skylights be framed. Casey's knew his quality of work would stand out so he brought the surrounding attic area up to his high quality demand. Later, an unsightly modification done on our house years ago was tastefully covered by Casey then he added bead molding to the edges so it matched the style of our 100 year old plaster and lath house. Because the weather was cold the paint and plaster didn't dry at the rate expected but Casey would not substitute speed of completion for quality of work...and the quality of his work is outstanding! We are going to have Casey back to work on parts of house that need his care. Casey is a personable, attentive craftsman and I unhesitatingly recommend him.
