I had a really upsetting incident just before Christmas (and it wasn't my fault), and honestly I was still in shock when I arrived at BPW. From the very first moment, Aydin was incredibly kind, supportive and reassuring. They made what could have been a really stressful and overwhelming experience feel manageable. I dropped my car off, was given a hire car straight away, and they took care of everything from there. I barely had to do a thing, which was such a relief during such a hard time. My car was repaired so quickly and when it was returned, it looked absolutely brand new. I can't thank them enough for how understanding and professional they were. I would recommend BPW to anyone - not just for the quality of the work, but for the genuine care and support they show you when you really need it.

Following a low speed not at fault collision in an expensive, just over 2 year old 10,0000 klm sports car our insurance company took 7 weeks to assess and took it to 3 panel shops. All corporate panel shops I might add. Finally they said they would write off a $120k car for what ended up at about $30k of damage. I no longer trust corporate panel beaters or the insurance company/s that appear to have very cosy relationships. I contacted Brighton panel works for their advice as I had used them about 20 years ago. They had our car transported to their workshop for investigation. Damage was superficial ( bonnet, left front quarter, plastic bumper and some other bits of trim that were scratched. There was damage to the steering rod and strut that did not appear damaged in the photos I took at the accident and the fact that it was driven and parked safely around the corner from the collision. Phots I took at the first panel shop showed damage to the steering. How and Why? Ivan at Brighton Panel works repaired the superficial damage and the steering and strut damage for a fraction of the price the insurance company told me their panel shop had quoted. Ivan also arranged a replacement like- for -like car for the duration of the repair. Not some small ( We would never drive) car. Nearly all parts need to come from OS so this did cause some delays. The car was repaired to pristine condition and we were kept informed of its progress and the part delivery from OS. The lesson here is don’t use corporate panel shops. Brighton Panel works will advise you on how to proceed - especially if it’s a not at fault claim. Call Ivan at Brighton panel works who is independent - family owned. .Get their advice as they care about customers and will do their best to look after you.
