Basalt Exteriors did a great job treating my roof for moss, clearing my gutters and downspouts, and pressure washing my drive way. They were professional, answered all my questions, and did a great job. Highly recommended!

I called Basalt Exteriors to clean out our gutters after noticing some overflow during the last big rain here in Vancouver. The gutters were packed with leaves, needles, and a bit of moss—typical for our area with all the trees around. They gave me a straightforward quote over the phone that was noticeably cheaper than the other two companies I checked with, and there were no surprise add-ons when they showed up. The crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and had the job done in under two hours. They left the yard tidy—no big mess—and showed me a bucket of the gunk they removed so I could see what was up there. One of the guys mentioned the downspout extensions could be positioned better to direct water away from the foundation, but they didn’t push any extra work. Overall, professional, quick, and good value. I’d use them again for gutters or similar exterior stuff. Recommended if you’re looking for reliable service without the upsell hassle.
