If I could award ten stars instead of the maximum of five, I would do so. Tyler went well above and beyond any of the most optimistic expectations I might have had for any realtor. He took us through a complex situation, with a number of unforeseen obstacles, and guided us to an exemplary conclusion. In a challenging market (especially in winter), to come out considerably higher than our planned asking price, is a testament to Tyler’s creativity, tenacity, and determination to do right by his clients. I would wholeheartedly recommend Tyler to anyone in the area if ever I’m asked for a recommendation for a realtor. Professional and very personable (an all too rare combination in any industry these days), one simply cannot go wrong with Tyler.
