FlashFix Tire Service

I hit a pothole on my way home from work in Nashville. It's an hour and 15 minutes home. I called and the guy said it would be 150 for him to come out and fix my tire. (It was off the rim) I waited about an hour for him to show up. It was fine I figured with traffic and it being a Friday night whatever🤷‍♀️ so the guy arrives, the lock key for my tire was missing, completely my fault. By this time at night parts stores were closed. So he made a call and said he would have to go back home and get one, 40 minutes and it would be another 40 dollars. No big deal. It was my fault I didn't have the lock key. I waited almost 2 hours for him to return. I was tired it was late, I just wanted to get home. So he takes my tire off and puts a different tire on. It did not appear that anything was wrong with my tire. It just needed put back on the rim. So he finishes and his friend on the phone tells me the total is 260. I'm like what??? I thought the total would be 190? He says don't worry your insurance will reimburse you if you have roadside assistance. Well I do. Come to find out, my insurance only reimburses 75 dollars. 😭 But I can't even get that cause I was told 3 different times they would email my receipt. I sent some text messages, and still have not received a reciept and it's been almost a month. Needless to say I was super appreciative of him checking on me and fixing my tire. But where's my receipt? It was a bad experience all the way around.

Called them and changed my tires in a timely manner I would recommend also price was fair
